Huh, interesting. I can't imagine how you get the detail you do by smudging the charcoal with wet fingers -unless it's the backgrounds that you do that with? :)

I did a lot of charcoal work back in art school, but I gotta admit I'm digging the "cleanliness" of computer colouring! :) I never much enjoyed blowing my nose and having charcoal come out...boy was that kinda disturbing! :giggle:
